This exactly why so many of you are run down and dragging ass after a coupple days training. Your micronutrients are totally depleted, so you take a day off and you feel great. Next time though your dragging ass after only 2 days trainning. The cycle repeats because you not going to replenish fast enough to make any substancial gains without supplementation. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
Amino Acids: (Full spectruim amino acid tablets or high quality beef liver tablets containing full listing of essential amino acids.) We know most of you were expecting to see protein powders here but their coming next. The reason we put amino acid supllements here is because they are like little gold nuggets to your eating plan. Amino acids are essentialy what bodybuilding supplements is all about, finding those Golden Nuggets that work today and the next day. One of the most beneficial things bodybuilders of the 70's, 80's and early 90's did was to take 2-3 grams of peptide-bonded amino acid tablets along with each meal and through out the day. We will say this though, all the plant based powders digested and assimulated quickly and without any digestive discomfort. If they get there other growth factors up in the future they could give leaders a run for the money. As for now stick with whey, milk, beef, egg as your maon sources in preferably a blended protein source containing 2 to 3 of the sources.
Creatine Monohydrate: (Creatine monohydrate the #1 and most studied bodybuilding supplement in the past 30 years.) When we talk creatine we talk 100% pure creatine monohydrate. We have had people that were dragging ass without it, muscles flat and lifeless. So don't come with the ordinary Joe Bull Shit that oh its just a worth less supplement when you have not even come close to the walls of your physical limits, you still have to train and at the same time trying preserve what you already have. Put this shit in your toolbox and stop listening to all the Bull Shitters who know absolutly nothing about hard ass work!
Essential Fatty Acids: (These are two fats linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids the you cannot synthesize in your body.) When most bodybuilder, for that matter the general population think of thing vital to their health fats seem to come in last. Fats have been given a bad rap in the country because of a food industry forcused on profits over health. The so called FDA has been as complicit bystander in this bullshit for over 50+ years. Fats became th enemy in the 70's onward and sugar was left to run ramped causing one magor deassise after another. These basic fats, found in plant foods, are used to build specialized fats called omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. You can also get these fat from Fish Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Hemp Oil, and some others. The bottom line is the fats along with protein are the one 2 nutrients essential to your well being.
Carbohydrates: (Clean quick fuel to help you through really tough workouts.) Carbohydrates have been getting a beating in the world of the nutrtional experts that seem to popup when changes occur in anything we do now adays. The vitamin experts are a good example of the BS that starts to run ramped once they get their teeth into a subject. Carbohydrates tend to be their latest victom. No lets be honest we eat to many carbs and that has lead to the obesity, and almost all of the health problems we have in today society, but not all carbs are bad carbs. Dextrose, and Maltodextrin are the most used in supplements today. Stay away from Maltodextrin it is not a good carb for your body in any way shape or form. Dextrose which the body does use for energy is a way better carbohydrate to look for in and energy drink or powder your going to purchase. Karbolyn is the next best choice as it passes throught the stomach very quickly and is readily available for use by the muscles. It is a homopolysaccharide derived from potato, rice and corn. Our last but all natural recommendation is to add Honey to your drink. Clean Raw Honey. We have had trainies mix 100 grams of natural peanut butter with 100 gram of raw honey and have this as a pre-workout meal and have raved how well it works. You can not get any more of a natural supplement than that. The key is to find what works for you.
