Comments: I found this one to work really nicely when training after fasting. I can get through my workout much easier than going without. Taste is good not great. Overall a very good supplement.

Comments: I was looking for intra workout that has arginine and taurine so i tried this one and i added to it beta alanine, so here is my opening: this supplement will boost your energy and mood it will as well pump you up, it taste good
