Comments: Used after knee surgery once I was off medication to help me speed up y recovery. DON"T WHILE STILL ON MEDICATION! BAD SIDE EFFECTS WHEN MIXED WITH PAIN MEDS!!!! Wait till your off medication then use this like I did to get me back squatting over 500 pounds with ZERO knee pain at all!
