Comments: Everything felt better but it gave me a headache every few day so I had to discontinue use. Something in there gave me a headache every days, I couldn't figure out what it was. I would give the highest score but the headaches make it a 3.

Comments: One of the best joints and mood supplements i have ever taken. Took about 2 weeks to really start working but it does deliver. Knee & elbow soreness has gone down to almost nil! My kids and husband say i in a better mood after training! I feel better and more grounded. A very good product, an overall health supplement. Yes I do recommend this to others.

Comments: Been using for a couple weeks and ave notices my wrist pain is not a great as it used to be after work all day. My mood is better and my energy has picked up a good bit over the last 2 weeks. So far it has been very good.

Comments: I didn't realize how much this was helping me with my joints and stress until I had to go a couple weeks without. My knee pain came back up to a level of 8 or 9! I also felt a touch more irritable when things piled up during the day. Yeah this supplement works very well you just don't know it because it builds up over time. Yes I have recommended this to others and will continue to do so.

Comments: I take it at noon time before my workout and it last well into the evening. This perfect for my work in nursing as I work days after my workout from 3pm-12am with this I power through my shift with no need for coffee or other stimulant drinks. Yeah I would say this supplement is worth giving a try.

Comments: Head aches 7 nesua for first few days, but fine now. Not used to this many supplements in one pack. Energy is through the roof after first week, and my concentration has improved greatly. Still don't like capsule size an amount of pills in pack but it seems to be working good now.

Comments: This hit me hard when i first started! I had a headache on day one that lasted for about hour, but since then nothing. I have seen my energy go through the roof. I don't know if was me being deficient in something or the combo of nutrient in this pack but my morning walks are faster & my gym workout have gotten stronger. It has been about 3 weeks and yes I do plan on buying another can and will update my review as I alternate my supplements 1 on, 1 week off!

Comments: Tried my first pack and this is some strong stuff. I have a little trouble sleeping at night but his knocked me out for 8 straight hours. The next day it was about 7.5 but i am getting allot more sleep and awaking refreshed. Yes this is one that i will purchase again!
