Comments: Sleep was better but it takes about a month & then it seems to come and go for me. It works for the most part because i wanted t sleep more soundly and wake more refreshed and it does give me a better sleep when i use it.

Comments: Originally found on a Woot deal, I have been using this for a few months. I noticed it helps me fall asleep faster, and stay asleep. No groggy feeling the next morning like I have with melatonin.

Comments: At first I had a couple restless nights. Then the heavy REM sleep started. I wake up pretty well rested the next day now. I can always trust evl supplements.

Comments: I’ve tried a couple rest and recovery supplements and z-matrix provides the most complete rest and recovery. I can feel the Theanine calm me within a half hour of sleep and the zma working throughout sleep waking up refreshed and repaired. Great product.

Comments: This was actually my second bottle. I was skeptical at first, but noticed that after taking this consistently for about a week that my sleep started steadily improving, and there was no noticeable hangover effects in the morning.

Comments: After a couple days use my sleep was really good. I slept all the waythroughthe night. Was a little tire when i go t up but that faded after about 2 weeks.
