Recommended Use:
To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements.
For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over 4-6 small meals spread evenly throughout the day. Example: 180 lb x 1 g protein/lb body weight - 180 g/day; 180 g (divided by) 6 small meals = 30 g of protein/meal.
Blender: (Easy: A little more involved but worth the trouble.) Add one scoop of ON's 100% Whey Protein to a blender filled with 6-8 fl oz of cold water, juice, or milk. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubes then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve. For a delicious smoothie, try adding your favorite fruit, peanut butter, yogurt, shredded coconut, and/or other ingredients (along with the ice cubes) to your blended whey protein shake.
Shaker - (Easier: Quick and convenient.) Fill a shaker bottle with 6-8 fl oz of ice-cold water, juice, or milk. Add one scoop of ON's 100% Whey Protein. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Enjoy. Comments: I use the powder and the ready made shakes. No stomach upset or burps. I get burps from allot of protein powders but this on doesn't do any of that so it owrks for me as my extra protein source. Chocolate and French Vanilla are the best flavors.

Comments: Got my original order back in January and the stuff smelled bad and tasted even worst (only put a little on my finger). Immediately sent it straight back to Amazon. I have been using ON products for a long time and have had some bad batches but this one was really bad. They exchanged it for a new tub of a different flavor & that tasted great. I belive I just got a bad product that had been sitting way to long and should have been rotated out of stock. Very happy with my new tub - the world is good again!
