Why can't I just use a regular one-a-day type multivitamin?

Comments: I have more energy in the morning and my strength and endurance are way up compared to a month ago. Animal Pak has help a great deal in my training and recouporation. I give the supplement a rating of 5 for excellent!

Comments: #1 vitamin training pack today. Price is more expensive compared to others, but Animal Pak does so much more than a daily vitamin pack. It has amino acids and other thing we all need every day for training. I run 5 days a week. Before Animal Pak I was hurting all week and only heel up on th weekend. Now I don't hurt during the week and can get in my complete workout all 5 days. Its not a magical supplement it just help your body run a its peak so you can do the thing you want to do - TRAIN!

Comments: Only dislike about the product are the large pills and the quantity of them you have to take every day. I just have a hard time taking so many pills everyday. Universal needs Animal Pak for women!

Comments: Can't get a better vitamin pack than this. Animal Pak has lots of pills but you can deal with it. Just drink lots of water! Tis is my favorite supplement. I reccommend it to anyone who ask because Animal Pak is more than just a multi-vitamin.
