I have gone without and I can tell the difference in my training and daily life. I feel less energy and my recovery takes allot longer. Comments: I stack it with Animal Flex, Animal Pump, and Animal Test for my hardcore regimen. I have gained 22 solid pounds off this stack over the last 2 years. Comments: Animal pak is my most important supplement. It jump starts my whole day and carries me through my training. I feel the difference when I take another brand training pack it just doesn't yield the same results. Animal pak isn't for everyone, but if you are serious about your strength training goals it the only pack you can take to cover all your bases. Its been around since 1983, not to many things period have that kind of longevity. #1
