Make Ahead of Time: Make the honey mustard sauce ahead of time as directed in the first step. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. Can be stored in air toght container for up to one week.
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl. Stir in dill and orange peel.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin-side down, on prepared pan. Brush sauce on top of chicken; coat well.
3. Turn chicken over. Gently pull back skin and brush meat with sauce. Gently pull skin back over sauce.
4. Brush skin with remaining sauce. Bake until juices run clear when thickest portion of meat is pierced with a knife, about 30 minutes.

Question: What the hell are Shin Splints and what the cure? I think I got them because my legs hurt right along the bone in front of my lower leg.

Shin Splints are when you have pain in down the front of your lower leg just as you have sighted. They are caused because of undue stress on the muscles and tendons of the lower leg mostly due to an increase in exercise intensity or length. Almost all cases of shin splints can be treated with rest, ice and other self-care measures. Wearing proper footwear and modifying your exercise routine can to help relieve some stress will prevent shin splints from recurring. If the pain persist see you doctor because there may be an underlying problem.
